  • Delivery Method:

    • Digital products, such as downloadable lessons, e-books, or activity sheets, will be delivered electronically.

    • You will receive a download link or access instructions via email to the email address provided at checkout.

    • Delivery will occur almost immediately after purchase completion.

  • Access:

    • Access to purchased digital goods will be granted immediately after purchase.

Returns and Refunds (Digital Products):

  • Due to the nature of digital products, which are delivered instantly and cannot be physically returned, we generally do not offer refunds.

  • Exceptions:

    • Refunds or replacements may be considered in cases of:

      • Technical issues preventing access to the digital product.

      • The digital product being significantly different from the product description.

      • Duplicate purchases.

    • To request a refund for a digital product, please contact us at toddlerjoydigital@gmail.com with your order number and a detailed explanation of the issue.

  • Technical Support:

    • If you encounter technical difficulties accessing or using a digital product, please contact us for assistance. We will make every effort to resolve the issue.

Physical Product:
  • Shipping Times:

    • We aim to process and ship physical product orders within 10 business days of receiving your order.

    • Delivery times will vary depending on your location and chosen shipping method.

    • Estimated delivery times will be provided at checkout.

  • Shipping Costs:

    • Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of your order and your shipping address.

    • Shipping costs will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase

  • Shipping Carriers:

    • We can use a variety of carriers including, but not limited to, USPS, FedEx, UPS.

  • Damaged or Lost Items:

    • If your physical product arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos of the damage or a description of the issue.

    • We will arrange for a replacement or refund as appropriate.

 

Returns and Refunds (Physical Products):

  • Return Period:

    • We accept returns of physical products within 10 days of delivery.

    • Items must be returned in their original, unopened, and unused condition.

  • Return Process:

    • To initiate a return, please contact us at toddlerjoydigital@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

    • We will provide you with return instructions.

    • You are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

  • Refunds:

    • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5 business days of receiving the returned item.

    • Shipping costs are non-refundable.
